Hi friends and welcome to my first post of February! This month is one of my favorites of the year – not only does it have Valentine’s Day, but it’s also my birth month. SO excited, because this year is my golden birthday (or as I’m calling it, my rose golden birthday).
During last year’s Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, I scored majorly on new bags. I snatched up this saddle one from Rebecca Minkoff, this Vince Camuto one that everyone knows and loves, and this edgy black crossbody – another Rebecca Minkoff find. We all know it’s easy to fall into a routine of using the same bag over and over every day – I do it all of the time, but more recently I’ve made an effort to switch things up a bit. New (and old!) bags deserve the light of day, especially when you can style them multiple ways.
Bags can be a fun accent piece to spruce up a simple outfit. If your outfit consists of blacks and greys, you can throw in a bag that has a fun pop of color or print on it. There’s also something to be said about going the classic route with a bag that is timeless and efficient.
