As Florida continues its progression into these hotter months ahead, there’s no doubt in my mind that I’ll want to wear nothing more than dresses and rompers. They’re the easiest options to combat the sticky, grossness of the humidity that us Floridians know about all too well.
This dress from Gap is flowy, light, and so versatile. Pairing it with my Sam Edelman heels instantly gives it a dressier feel. I love the pleated detailing at the top and could really see this being a perfect dinner date dress. Truth be told, this dress made its debut at a friend’s baby shower. Months later it sparked a few compliments at a family brunch. I’m telling you – VERSATILE.
Unfortunately, the color of my dress is no longer available – but it now comes in some cute printed styles! Perfect for spring and summer.
My SE black strap top heels have become a quick favorite of mine. If you remember, they were an impromptu purchase back in January for my company’s conference. They’re a great transitional shoe into the spring and summer. As much as I love these little black heels, I’m eyeing the nude color as well. I’ll try to hold out as long as I can, but I’m already building outfits around them in my head. The shoe lust is real, y’all.
