Eyeing: More comfy loungewear. With Florida continuing to be a COVID-19 hotspot, we’re obviously still spending a lot of time at home these days. I’m not trying to hop back into jeans anytime soon. My sights are set on expanding my loungewear selection (remember the roundup I did a few months back?). Not only am I craving new comfies to wear around the house, but it’s also ideal for any and all of my TikTok vids. I just got done placing orders from Nordstrom, Beyond Yoga, and Target. I’ll be sure to share my new goodies over on my Instagram stories when they arrive.
Quoting: Oh this one’s a good one. I saw a tweet the other day that said something like when you find yourself thinking that a friend is mad at you or that a friend suddenly doesn’t like you – ask yourself who told you that information. If the answer is “you”, then you might need to remind yourself that your mind can be your own worst enemy. Unless of course you can think of a legitimate reason why they might be mad at you – then maybe reach out and apologize?
Eating: I’m loving Sweet Earth’s frozen meal selection. Their general tso tofu frozen meal is one of my favorites. Have you tried any of their meals?
Listening to: Bartaco’s #bartacoathome playlist. Before you tell me how random that is, just know that I agree with you LOL. I worked on a campaign with bartaco recently to promote their newest secret taco (lobstah!!) and along the way discovered they had a variety of playlists on their Spotify account. I highly recommend checking out their at-home playlist especially if you’re missing normal date nights at their restaurant. It really helps set the *bartaco vibe* at home.
Watching: I’ve been watching Working Moms while I workout on the elliptical. I loved the first season and I’m currently on the third. While I’m not as overly obsessed with it as I was in the first season – it’s still pretty hysterical and gets me through my 40 minute cardio workouts. [edit: I just started Zac Efron’s Down to Earth today and I’m a new fan]
Producing: Shooting and producing my Summer Seltzer Sip Off series on Instagram has been a BLAST. I’m so proud of it because it’s something Ben and I thought up one night and actually IMPLEMENTED. It’s easy for me to talk about new and exciting ideas for content, but implementing it into action is always the most rewarding step. Combining my love for spiked seltzer with my love for sharing things with my audience just made sense here. I look forward to shooting this series weekly. I’ll be sad to see it come to an end on 7/31.
